We are the only year round professional live theater on the island.

2012 marks our 30th Anniversary!

Our historic theater home is located in the heart of downtown Vineyard Haven. Originally built in 1833, the facility  is in the midst of a major renovation, restoration and expansion;  and we are in the midst of a major capital campaign to raise the remaining funds to complete the project.

When we reopen, we will dedicate the new PATRICIA NEAL STAGE in memory of the beloved actress, pictured at left on the Playhouse stage in 2009.
